Within the 2nd Series, Colt offered several factory variations—sporting and target barrels, Match Target and Target models with adjustable rear sights and tuned triggers, and scoped or bull-barrel editions—so buyers could choose configurations optimized for casual plinking, formal competition, or precision bench work while enjoying the Woodsman’s signature fixed-barrel accuracy and crisp single-action trigger.
