Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Marlin’s model 336 is a high quality tube fed repeating lever action rifle that has been around since 1948, when it replaced the model 36. Since that time there have been many grades and variants produced. When Marlin first introduced the Model 336 in 1948, the company made three versions: The Model 336A, which was a rifle with a 24? barrel, the Model 336RC, which was a carbine with a 20? barrel and a full length magazine tube, and the Model 336SC with a 20? barrel and shorter (half) magazine tube. The Model 336A is easily distinguished from it's open ejection port machined into the side of the receiver. Design improvements include a stronger and simpler round-profile chrome-plated breech bolt, a redesigned cartridge carrier, an improved extractor, and coil-type main and trigger springs in place of the flat springs used in earlier Marlin rifles. Like its predecessors, the receiver and all major working parts of the Model 336A are all constructed of steel forgings.
Return Policy:
We gladly offer a 3 day unfired inspection policy from the time that the firearm is delivered to your FFL. Refunds are available for all qualifying orders.
