The Browning Centennial Black Powder Mountain Rifle is a unique and rare firearm manufactured in 1978. It is numbered 466 out of a total of 1000 rifles produced. The rifle comes equipped with a fixed-blade front sight and an adjustable rear sight. On the top barrel flat, you'll find the engraving "Jonathan Browning Mountain Rifle," while the lock plate features a raised likeness of Mr. Browning. The rifle also has a single-set trigger with an iron trigger guard. The fancy walnut stock is fitted with a pewter forearm cap, an iron crescent butt plate, and a commemorative Browning Centennial plate inset on the right side of the butt stock. The wood cleaning/ramrod comes with brass tips, and the rifle also includes a commemorative powder horn numbered to the gun. The powder horn is marked with "Jonathan Browning / MOUNTAIN RIFLE / 1878 - 1978 / 0466 of 1000" and comes with a leather strap.

It will ship with a Browning French-fitted Alder wood case featuring a leather "BROWNING" patch affixed to the lid. Additionally, a powder horn numbered to the gun, a nipple wrench, an extra nipple, a patch jag, and a patch remover will be included in the shipment.
