According to the included factory letter this Colt was sold to Don Wilkerson at The 1984 Las Vegas Antique Arms Show hosted at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 4, 1984. It is finished in Full Royal Blue, is held by Ivory Stocks with Colt Custom Shop Medallions, and is Factory Engraved by Jan Gwinnell.
The above mentioned Colt Single Action Army also has the following special features: Two 24kt gold inlaid bands at the rear of the barrel, one wide 24kt gold inlaid at the front of the barrel. Two 24kt gold inlaid bands rear of the ejector tube, two wide 24kt gold inlaid bands on both cylinders. 24kt gold inlaid frame frame border. One raises 24kt gold inlaid Rampant Colt on the left recoil shield. 85% custom American scroll engraving.
This exact Colt SAA and factory letter are actually featured on page 208 & 209 of the included book "The Post-War Colt Single Action Revolver 1976-1986" by Don Wilkerson!

The Colt Single Action Army (also known as the Model P, Peacemaker, M1873, Single Action Army, SAA, ) is a single action revolver with a revolving cylinder holding six metallic cartridges. It was designed for the U.S. government service revolver trials of 1873 by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company, today Colt’s Manufacturing Company, and adopted as the standard military service revolver until 1892. It is perhaps the most copied, fraudulently modified to replicate an original Colt SAA, than any other revolver made.
