The Anaconda's heavy 8" barrel with ventilated rib, full-length underlug, and competition-steady double action, tame the kick of the .44 Magnum round providing exceptional accuracy. The first firearm in the new "Legacy Edition" series of modern Colt classic handguns, The Legacy Edition Colt Anaconda is a milestone in firearm design and craftsmanship. Not only is is the world's First Limited Edition Anaconda, but also it is the first Special Edition handgun ever made that is fully plated in Titanium! Titanium is one of the hardest metals known, making it virtually scratch-proof. Each Legacy Edition Colt Anaconda has all major components plated in a pleasing combination of Black and Gold Titanium. For years, collectors have wanted a presentation grade firearm that they could also take to the range without fear of damaging their investment.
