The Browning Gold Classic High Grade is a semi-automatic shotgun that was manufactured from 1999 to 2004. The 12-gauge chambering was discontinued in 2001, and the 20-gauge chambering was introduced in 2002. The Browning Gold Classic High Grade came with a nickel-plated receiver that was paired with a blue barrel and came equipped with both 26" and 28" ventilated rib barrels. The High Grade also came with a white bead front sight that provides fast aiming down sight speed and a walnut buttstock and forearm, both with checkering for an improved grip. The high grade features an intricately engraved receiver: the right side showcases dove game scenes with a gold inlaid border, while the left side depicts quail game scenes, which are also framed with a gold inlaid border. This model was available exclusively through Full-line and Medallion dealers.
