The Ruger P95PR was introduced in 2005 as a variant of the P95, which featured a front rail for mounting accessories. This particular example was produced in 2005, which was the first year of production, and it also has a low serial number (316-00065), making it even more collectible.

The Ruger P-Series is a line of semi-automatic pistols manufactured by Sturm, Ruger & Co., known for solid construction, reliability, and practical design. The series began with the full-sized P85 in 9mm, developed in the mid-1980s, partly influenced by Ruger’s participation in U.S. military pistol trials, although the military never adopted it.
