The Benelli Super Black Eagle II Semi-Auto Shotgun sets the high performance and versatility standard in semi-automatic shotguns designed for serious hunting. The SBE II features a rugged, weather-resistant black synthetic stock, making it an ideal all-around shotgun for hunters using a wide range of ammunition. Central to its design is Benelli's ultra-reliable Inertia Driven™ operating system, which consists of just three main parts: the bolt body, an inertia spring, and a rotating bolt head. This system cycles 2-3/4", 3", and 3-1/2" shotgun shells interchangeably without needing adjustments. The simplicity of this design avoids the use of gas for cycling the action, keeping the shotgun cleaner than gas-operated models. The reduced mass of parts and absence of heavy gas components make the SBE II exceptionally trim and fast handling. The ComforTech® recoil reduction system effectively manages recoil from magnum loads and reduces muzzle rise for rapid follow-up shots. A shim kit allows for adjustment of drop and cast. Benelli’s Crio® System treatment on the barrel and choke tubes ensures an even-grained, slick surface that minimizes pellet deformation and produces tight, uniform shot patterns at extended ranges. The SBE II also features a red-bar front sight, metal bead mid-sight, Crio choke tube options, and integrated sling attachments. The receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope base (not included).
