OMNI HYBRID model features a fully patented metal-reinforced polymer upper and lower receiver group. The Omni Hybrid lower features a patented hammer and trigger pin retainment system, preventing movement from the hammer and trigger pin during firing. It also features ATIs patented over-molded metal insert, which reinforces the buffer tube housing and rear takedown pin. This allows for metal-on-metal contact with both the buffer tube as well as the rear takedown pin, thus increasing strength and durability from recoil and consistent firing. This model features a 16" barrel with a 1:8 twist and an A2 flash hider which reduces muzzle flash. The collapsible polymer buttstock with a polymer pistol grip and ribbed polymer handguard provide excellent durability and lightweight. The grips also provide a secure and a comfortable hold increasing the overall performance of the rifle. A picatinny rail also gives you the option to mount any optic of your choosing. Overall, this is an excellent rifle that is sure to handle anything in its path.
