Offered here is an antique Knights Templar / Masonic fraternal sword manufactured by M.C. Lilley & Co. of Columbus, Ohio, one of the most recognized makers of fraternal regalia in the United States during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This example features a beautifully etched blade bearing the names “Henry Wegmann” and “Jacob Litteral,” indicating a personalized or presentation piece. The blade retains strong, visible etching with excellent contrast, giving it standout visual appeal and making it the focal point of the piece. The sword displays classic Knights Templar characteristics, including a detailed crossguard with Templar-style crosses and symbolic motifs, along with a dark grip and traditional pommel. The accompanying scabbard is richly decorated with raised designs, heraldic imagery, and suspension rings, completing the classic ceremonial configuration.
