Produced between 1920 and 1967, the Model 200 saw numerous variations, but the “Hope” stamp appears only on the earlier pistols made roughly from 1922 to 1934. This marking traces back to the Spanish word Esperanza (“hope”), linking the pistol directly to the company’s early identity prior to fully adopting the Astra-Unceta name.
