The Remington Model 31 is a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun that represents one of Remington's finest engineering achievements. Designed to compete with the Winchester Model 1912, it featured side ejection, a major departure from earlier Remington shotguns like the Model 17. With a 26-inch barrel featuring a full choke bore, the Model 31 delivers excellent patterning for hunting applications, particularly waterfowl and upland game. The white dot front sight aids in quick target acquisition, making it a reliable choice for both seasoned hunters and sport shooters.
