*SOLD* 2009 Izhmash Saiga-12 12Ga Blk 19" *HEAD-TURNING E-TAC CUSTOMIZED SHOTGUN*

Bryant Ridge's Analysis:

The Izhmash Saiga-12 is a Russian semi-automatic shotgun developed in the 1990s by the Izhmash factory (now part of Kalashnikov Concern), based on the AK-series rifle platform. Named after the Saiga antelope native to Russia, the shotgun was originally designed for civilian hunting and sport shooting, chambered in 12-gauge and using a gas-operated system similar to that of the AK-47. Its detachable box and drum magazines, along with the rugged and reliable action, made it a favorite among tactical and competition shooters. While not originally intended for military use, its durability and adaptability led to limited adoption by law enforcement and special forces. The Saiga-12 was imported into the United States until 2014, when sanctions against Russia halted further imports, increasing its desirability among collectors and firearm enthusiasts. This particular Izhmash Saiga-12 has been extensively customized by E-Tac, transforming it into a high-performance, tactical shotgun outfitted with a range of premium enhancements designed to improve functionality, handling, and compact storage. One of the key upgrades is the E-Tac Honey Steel Vertical Charging Handle, engineered for both durability and ergonomics.

It features a positive, no-slip design with a generously sized contact surface, allowing the shooter to charge the action with either hand effortlessly, even while wearing gloves or operating under stress. The firearm is also equipped with an E-Tac Slant Brake, which effectively mitigates recoil and muzzle rise, contributing to faster follow-up shots and better overall control. Paired with this is the E-Tac Lava Shield, designed to dissipate heat and reduce thermal exposure during prolonged firing, enhancing safety and comfort. Enhancing the modularity of the platform is the Tapco Intrafuse Tri-Rail Handguard. This lightweight, rugged handguard features three integrated Picatinny rails, one on the bottom and one on each side, allowing for the attachment of various tactical accessories such as vertical grips, lights, lasers, or other mission-specific add-ons. It also features a top-mounted picatinny rail, providing you with the ability to mount optics of your choosing.

For portability and versatility, this Saiga-12 includes an ACE Side Folding Stock Adapter, which allows the stock to fold to the side, perfect for transport, storage, or maneuvering in tight spaces. Attached to the adapter is a Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) Collapsible Polymer Buttstock, mounted on a standard buffer tube and secured with a castle nut. The CTR stock offers a lightweight, snag-resistant profile with a locking system that eliminates wobble, as well as multiple sling attachment points for flexible carry options. Altogether, this custom Saiga-12 by E-Tac is a rugged, adaptable, and high-performance shotgun that combines Russian reliability with modern tactical refinements—ideal for duty use, home defense, or sport shooting.
