*SOLD* Accuracy International AWM .338 Lapua Mag Blk *ARCTIC WARFARE MAGNUM RIFLE*

Bryant Ridge's Analysis:

The Accuracy International AWM sniper rifle is a variant of the British Accuracy International Arctic Warfare (AW) rifle, which itself served as the basis for a family of sniper rifles under the Arctic Warfare name. The AWM variant was specifically developed to handle larger, more powerful magnum cartridges, such as the .300 Winchester Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum. Compared to the AW, the AWM features a longer bolt to accommodate these larger cartridges, along with updated components including a reinforced bolt head, locking ring, extractor, and modified magazines to handle the increased size and operating pressures of magnum ammunition. The AWM is a highly capable sniper rifle, designed to engage targets at extended ranges—up to 1,640 yards. It is also a key part of the British L115A3 sniper system, which has been used by British forces to achieve some of the longest confirmed sniper kills in history, including one world record at a staggering 2,707 yards (2,475 meters) that was held from 2009 to 2017, by Corporal of Horse Craig Harrison.

The AWM is used by military forces worldwide, including in the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Italy, and several other countries. It has become a standard sniper platform for those seeking precision, reliability, and extreme range in combat scenarios.
