The Glock 45 is a 9mm semi-automatic pistol that delivers the ideal crossover many shooters have long awaited. Combining the best features of the Glock 17 and Glock 19, the G45 offers the compact 4.02" barrel and slide of the G19, paired with the full-size grip of the G17—perfect for those who find the G19's grip too short. As part of Glock’s Generation 5 lineup, the G45 includes several performance-driven enhancements. These include the Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) for improved accuracy and the elimination of traditional leaf springs in favor of durable coil springs, boosting reliability and longevity. The slide features front and rear factory serrations for better manipulation, and its front end is beveled to make reholstering smoother and more intuitive. Ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch make the G45 user-friendly for both right- and left-handed shooters. The slide is finished with Glock’s new ion-bonded nDLC coating, which offers a deeper black finish and enhanced resistance to wear, especially in dry conditions. 
 
A long-requested change, the G45’s front strap no longer includes finger grooves, making the grip more comfortable for a variety of hand sizes. Glock’s Modular Backstrap System (MBS) is also included, allowing customization of grip size and the option to add a beavertail backstrap to prevent slide bite—ideal for larger hands. Rounding out its features is an integral accessory rail located in front of the trigger guard, compatible with a wide range of lights and lasers.
