Raven Arms was a firearms manufacturer founded in 1970 by firearms designer George Jennings. He entered the firearms business after the Gun Control Act of 1968 banned the importation of inexpensive handguns. Jennings designed the MP-25, a .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol, to meet the market demand. The MP-25 can hold six .25 ACP rounds in the magazine, along with one in the chamber. It comes in three finishes: chrome, satin nickel or black, and wood or imitation mother-of-pearl grips. There is another model called the Raven Arms P-25, which has a similar blowback and envelope design and is essentially identical to the MP-25.
