*SOLD* SCCY Industries CPX-1 9mm SS 3.1" *EYE-CATCHING PURPLE POLYMER FRAME*
Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
he SCCY CPX-1 is a hammer-fired, polymer-frame semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum, known for its compact design and reliable performance. Manufactured by SCCY Industries, LLC in Daytona Beach, Florida, the CPX-1 features a double-action-only (DAO) mechanism and utilizes a staggered-column, removable magazine. The pistol's design includes a locked breech system with an aluminum receiver embedded in the polymer grip, and steel pins secure it in place. The slide and barrel are made from 416 stainless steel, ensuring durability. The CPX-1 includes an ambidextrous slide stop that locks open after the last round, as well as a frame-mounted, ambidextrous manual safety. Notably, the pistol incorporates an internal hammer and a double-action trigger, contributing to its safety and functionality. SCCY Industries, founded by Joseph Vincent Roebuck in 2003, initially named Skyy but changed to SCCY due to trademark issues with SKYY vodka, has been producing its firearms in Daytona Beach since 2010, with sales and marketing operations based in Acworth, Georgia.
