This Browning Superposed shotgun tube set is a rare and elegant accessory, offering full gauge versatility in 20gauge, 28gauge, and .410 bore through interchangeable conversion tubes. These “Super-Tubes” (or simply fitted sub-gauge tubes) were special-order accessories Browning offered on select Superposed models with factory installation in a fitted case. This set includes appropriately sized extractors for each tube, ensuring the mechanism functions properly when changing gauges. The tubes are about 16½in long and must be precisely timed for extractors and ejectors to work reliably—a level of craftsmanship Browning arranged at the factory.
