This absolutely amazing bolt-action was built by Sandy Garrett of Springfield, VA! Garrett was the American Pistol Smith Guild (APG) Gunsmith of the Year 1998!
The owner states "I've personally placed 5 shots at 100M into ONE .308 hole! Hard to imagine, but this weapon shoots."

This is an absolutely stunning custom bolt-action built by Sandy Garrett. Garrett was the American Pistol Smith Guild (APG) Gunsmith of the year 1998! This rifle is built with a SAKO receiver. Sako Ltd (natively Sako Oy) is a Finnish firearm and ammunition manufacturer located in Riihimäki, Tavastia Proper in southern Finland. It also has owned the Tikka brand of bolt-action rifles since 1983, and is now owned by the Italian firearm holding company Beretta Holding.
The stock on this firearm is made by McMillan. There’s a reason no one else makes stocks the way McMillan does, because it’s hard. For over 50 years, McMillan has meticulously crafted stocks to a higher standard. Your McMillan stock will have all the features you expect on a modern stock, handcrafted and precision milled to perfection. They don’t sacrifice quality at any step along the way.
