The CZ 97B is a large-frame semi-automatic pistol developed by Ceská zbrojovka Uherský Brod as the .45 ACP counterpart to the famous CZ 75 platform, combining the company’s proven design principles with a powerful, traditional American handgun cartridge. Introduced in the late 1990s, the CZ 97B retains the hallmark CZ design in which the slide rides inside the frame rails, lowering the bore axis and contributing to improved recoil control and excellent mechanical accuracy.
