The Fulton Armory FAR-15 A4 Service Rifle is a mil-spec–built AR-15 variant that combines the classic reliability of the AR family with modern flexibility and modularity. It sports a forged, machined, anodized A3/A4 flat-top upper receiver (with Accu-Wedge fitted lower), giving the A4 a “flat-top” configuration rather than the fixed-handle setup of older designs. Under the hood, it features a 20-inch, 1:7-twist, chrome-lined government-profile barrel chambered for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington, a GI-spec M16/AR-15 bolt-carrier group with an HPT/MPI-marked bolt, and true mil-spec components throughout — ensuring reliability and durability. The rest of its furniture stays traditional: a fixed A2 buttstock and butt-plate, A2 pistol grip, a 12-inch round A2 handguard with heat shields, a forged gas block with taper-pins and bayonet lug, and an A2 flash hider at the muzzle. What really sets the A4 apart is its flat-top upper, which allows for a detachable carry handle to be mounted (if desired) or the mounting of optics and accessories on a Picatinny rail — giving shooters greater flexibility and adaptability for a variety of shooting styles or missions.
