Known for their excellent machining and extremely precise micrometer adjustments, these sights were designed for serious smallbore shooters who demanded repeatable and reliable windage and elevation corrections. As rimfire rifles increasingly moved toward scoped configurations, many original target sight assemblies were removed and misplaced over the years. Because of this, complete Kimber sight kits with the factory box, aperture inserts, hardware, and tools have become increasingly difficult to locate today.
