The Magma Engineering Co. Master Caster is a bullet casting machine designed for high-volume production, widely favored by commercial casters and serious hobbyists for its efficiency and consistency. Capable of producing up to 800 bullets per hour, depending on mold size and caliber, it offers impressive output, especially with smaller bullets like 9mm. While the base model operates manually, many users retrofit it with automation systems to boost productivity. It's built to work with Magma’s proprietary molds, though third-party molds can be adapted with some modification. Known for its durability, the Master Caster is built to handle heavy use. However, Magma Engineering ceased operations in 2024 and stopped accepting new orders due to overwhelming demand, making these machines increasingly rare and valuable on the secondary market. Despite this, users continue to praise the Master Caster for its ease of use and the high quality of bullets it produces, often reporting excellent results from the very first use.
