This one-of-a-kind Rusty Oak Armory ROA-15 was custom-built to commemorate the 2025 “G.O.A.L.S.” (Gun Owners Advocacy and Leadership Summit), blending exceptional craftsmanship with powerful symbolism. Its full-coverage distressed American Flag Cerakote finish immediately commands attention, serving as both a patriotic tribute and a striking custom touch. The dust cover is inscribed “17 / 91” on the outside and boldly declares “SHALL NOT / BE INFRINGED” on the inside, reinforcing the rifle’s dedication to the Second Amendment. Distinctive engravings make this rifle truly unique: the right side of the lower receiver bears the G.O.A.L.S. logo with gold-filled “2025,” the magwell showcases the “GUN OWNERS / OF AMERICA” emblem, and the left side of the upper receiver features the complete text of the Second Amendment.
