Derived from the Model 4513, the .45 Recon features a 4¼-inch stainless steel barrel and was produced in a limited run of 603 units between 1998 and 1999, with serial numbers beginning at REC0001. It was offered in two finishes: a stainless slide with a silver alloy frame, or a blued slide with a matching blue alloy frame.
