Bryant Ridge Co. is pleased to present this SPECIAL EDITION single-action revolver for a penny-start auction; this is the Smith & Wesson Performance Center Schofield Model of 2000 - Wells Fargo Edition No. 170208.
Chambered in .45 S&W, the Smith & Wesson Performance Center “Wells Fargo” variation of the 2000 Schofield Model was introduced in November 2001 as a highly refined tribute to the historic frontier-era revolver, featuring a 5-inch barrel, choice of bright blue or nickel finish, and shipment in the Heritage Series presentation box. Built to exacting standards, these revolvers display a black pinned round-blade front sight, color case-hardened hammer, latch, and trigger guard, “US” marked butt with matching serial number, and period-correct barrel markings, with the nickel version designated by product code 170207FC and WFC serial prefix, and the bright blue version by product code 170208FC with WFE prefix.
