The Colt Single Action Army is a family of single-action revolvers chambered in more than 30 different calibers. The revolvers have either a 3", 4.75", 5.5”, or 7.5” barrel. “The Gun That Won the West” was also the preferred side arm of General George Patton throughout his career. Produced in 1963, as a commemorative item celebrating the Arizona Territorial Centennial 1863-1963. The commemorative line proved to be a profit center for the Colt factory. One of 1,280 originally built. Gold frame with a fluted, eight-round capacity cylinder and Mother of Pearl grips.
