The Alamo Model Colt Single Action Frontier Scout was a special commemorative edition produced to honor the historic Battle of the Alamo, distinguished by its unique serial numbering system and presentation style. Manufactured in a total quantity of 4,250 units, these rimfire revolvers were offered both as individually cased pistols and as matched cased pairs. The single-cased revolvers were numbered from 1051A22 through 4500A22, while the cased pairs carried matching serial numbers ranging from 251A22 through 1050A22. Each revolver showcased commemorative markings and was elegantly packaged in a fitted display case, making the Alamo Model a desirable collector’s item that embodies both Colt’s craftsmanship and a symbolic tribute to Texas heritage.
