This is a collectible Winchester 94 Canadian Centennial rifle and features a factory-engraved receiver with Maple Leaf Engraving on both sides, which Symbolizes the 10 Canadian Provinces. Larger Single Leaf Represents the Northern Territories. The right side of the barrel is stamped "Canadian Centennial 1867-1967. The Canadian Centennial commemorative rifles and carbines were released in 1967 with total production at 90,301.

The Winchester Model 1894 rifle, also known as the Winchester 94 or Model 94, is a lever-action repeating rifle that was designed by John Browning in 1894. It originally used two metallic black powder cartridges, the .32-40 Winchester and .38-55 Winchester, but in 1895, it became the first rifle to use the smokeless powder round, the .30 WCF (Winchester Center Fire), which later became known as the .30-30. The rifle was produced by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company until 1980 and later by U.S. Repeating Arms under the Winchester brand until 2006, when they ceased manufacturing rifles. Reproductions of the rifle are now being made by the Miroku company of Japan and imported into the United States by the Browning Arms company of Morgan, Utah. The Model 1894 is often referred to as the "ultimate lever-action design" by firearms historians and was the first commercial sporting rifle to sell over 7,000,000 units.
