Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
This Smith & Wesson Model 34-1 has a truly remarkable story. It bares the serial number #M8. This model was produced from 1953-1991. The original production serial number ranged from 101-135465. In 1969, Smith & Wesson changed the serial number sequence to the "M prefix" starting at M1.
