According to the included factory letter, this Smith & Wesson Model 27-2, Pinned & Recessed Variation, chambered in .357 Magnum, has been thoroughly researched through company records. The documentation confirms that this revolver, bearing serial number N218399, was shipped from the factory on July 7, 1975, and delivered to Central Sales Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
