Here is one of the best pistols that FIE Corporation ever marketed, the Titan II chambered in .380 ACP caliber. Numbered model on this variant was E380B. It is a close cousin to the Beretta 70S Jaguar marketed in the 1970s and 1980s. From its AH Italian Date Code, it was manufactured in 1981. Manufacturer was Fratelli Tanfoglio S.N.C. of Gardone Val Trompa, Italy. Importer was Firearms Import and Export Corp of Miami, the direct ancestor to EAA. Type is hammer fired single action only blowback action semi-automatic medium frame pistol. Construction is entirely steel, with thumb rest polymer grip panels and finger rest magazine floorplate. Barrel is 3 3/4 inch with six groove right hand 1:16 rifling, with serrated open top slide and full length steel guide rod. Sight is barrel integral solid rib with blade front with dovetailed black blade rear that is drift adjustable only for windage. Chambering is .380 ACP Caliber, and the steel magazine holds 7 rounds, 7 + 1 fully loaded capacity. Note the European style butt mounted magazine release. Trigger is .260 serrated face face, with matching Commander type serrated hammer. The Titan II has three safeties: a slide mounted hammer block, frame mounted main safety, and a magazine safety.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Titan II is in Excellent condition showing no indications of extensive consumer use or handling that we can see.
