The Smith & Wesson 5906 is a pistol manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1989. It is a full-sized, double/single action, 9mm pistol with a staggered-column magazine made entirely of stainless steel. This firearm is specifically designed to fire 9mm Luger Parabellum ammunition and has a magazine disconnect feature that automatically deactivates the trigger if the magazine is not fully inserted. It comes with either a 10 or 15-round magazine.
