The SF-VI & DS-II is a modern version of the Colt Detective Special using a new stainless steel frame, with various simplifications meaning that it was easier to manufacture and didn't require hand fitting as that was the case with the original Detective Special. When it was originally introduced it was named the SF-VI (Small Frame, 6 round cylinder) in order to stop the confusion between it and the original Detective Special, which was still in production at that time.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this example is in 100% FLAWLESS condition showing no evidence of consumer use or handling that we can see whatsoever! Additionally, it will come with the factory labeled box and papers.
