The Smith & Wesson Model 696 is a RARE 5 shot double-action revolver manufactured by Smith & Wesson and chambered for the .44spl cartridge on the Smith & Wesson L frame. Smith & Wesson had introduced the Model 696 in 1996 and ceased production in 1998 making it one the most sought after revolvers that would only surfaces on the open market from time to time.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Smith is in Excellent condition showing no evidence of consumer use or handling that we can see! Additionally, it will come with the Factory labeled box and all contents are pictured above.
