The Izhmash Saiga-12 is a Russian semi-automatic shotgun developed in the 1990s by the Izhmash factory (now part of Kalashnikov Concern), based on the AK-series rifle platform. Attached to the adapter is a Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) Collapsible Polymer Buttstock, mounted on a standard buffer tube and secured with a castle nut. The CTR stock offers a lightweight, snag-resistant profile with a locking system that eliminates wobble, as well as multiple sling attachment points for flexible carry options.
