Built in the tradition of one of Marlin’s oldest lever-action designs, the Model 1894 is an elegant carbine chambered for pistol calibers. Reminiscent of the sporting lever action rifles of an earlier era, this elegant short rifle features a barrel with Ballard type rifling, an American black walnut straight grip stock, cut checkering and rubber rifle butt pad. Sights include an adjustable semi-buckhorn folding rear, and ramp front sight with brass bead and wide-scan hood. The solid-top receiver is tapped for a scope mount. The Model 1894 is chambered for 44 Remington Mag/44 Special, with its superior knockdown capability.
Condition and Contents:
As you can see in the many high resolution photos, this Marlin is in Excellent condition showing no evidence of regular consumer use or handling that we can see! Additionally, it will ship with the attached genuine leather sling.
