The Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Pro Series is an ultra-reliable, striker-fired, semi-auto pistol that's simple to operate and maintain, with enhanced self-defense and competition shooting features. The M&P Pro has an improved trigger pull that's smooth and relatively light. The 3-dot night sights work extremely well, providing a good sight picture during the day, and also work well in. The barrel-to-slide and slide-to-frame fit on the Pro Series is extremely tight. The grip angle and low-slide profile of the M&P semi-automatic pistol make it a natural pointer and controllable when firing rapid shots by reducing muzzle rise.
The M&P 9 Pro Series Semi-Auto Pistol has a polymer frame with interchangeable palm-swell panels (Not Included) to accommodate the hands of virtually any shooter. The panels are easy to change without the use of tools. The frame has an integral accessory rail in front of the trigger guard to attach aftermarket sights and lights. The stainless steel slide has a durable, black finish and rear cocking serrations; the slide rides on a stainless steel chassis within the polymer frame. The M&P has a slide release lever on both sides of the frame, and the magazine release is reversible. All M&P pistols disassemble easily without the need of tools.
