We at Guncrafter Industries are proud to announce our newest custom 1911: The BC-17 "Hellcat." The Hellcat is a next-generation 1911 designed by Guncrafter Industries from the ground up. It features the new BattleCrown, which includes a heavy-duty barrel bushing that precisely follows the slide's contour with an angled bottom, giving it a distinctive and clean look. The front opening of the BattleCrown has a large and extra-deep flare that is expertly blended to the countersunk, crowned barrel. This oversized flange protects the muzzle crown to an unprecedented level while the front is nicely beveled without any sharp edges, allowing for easy holster insertion.
Guncrafter Industries partnered with Cerberus Tactical to introduce three new control parts: an extra sturdy thumb safety and slide stop, both machined from bar stock chrome moly steel, and a new tool steel hammer with a solid web for added strength and optimized hook geometry, resulting in a crisp, safe trigger pull. Great emphasis was placed on ergonomics and functionality, with deep serrations for a secure grip and a hand-friendly beveled exterior.
