The Mossberg Model 500 Centennial Limited Edition is a 12-gauge shotgun designed to commemorate the company's 100th anniversary. This limited-edition model was produced in a run of only 750 units in 2019, making it a rare and collectible piece.
The owner states that this example remains New Old Stock and we see no evidence to indicate otherwise.

O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. introduced the limited-edition 12-gauge 500 Centennial pump-action shotgun to celebrate the company’s 100th anniversary. This commemorative model is distinguished by its nickel-plated receiver, which is beautifully engraved with the Mossberg 100th Anniversary logo on the right side and a pair of flushing ruffed grouse on the left, highlighted with 24-karat gold inlays. The high-gloss walnut stock and forend feature fine checkering on the pistol grip and the underside of the forend, offering both aesthetic appeal and a secure grip. The classic red rubber recoil pad at the stock’s butt ensures comfort during shooting. The Mossberg 500, known for its reliability and smooth operation, comes standard with features like non-binding twin action bars, dual extractors, a positive steel-to-steel lock-up, and an ambidextrous tang-mounted safety.
