The firearm is striker-fired with a trigger pull that is short, light, and crisp, making it easy to shoot faster and more accurately. It is slim, lightweight, and compact, making it ideal for personal protection and only slightly larger than the popular LCP. The construction is rugged and durable with a through-hardened steel slide and a one-piece, high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. The checkered grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. Additionally, it comes with a finger grip extension floorplate that can be added to the magazine for improved grip and comfort. The sights are machined integrally with the slide and feature glare-reducing, rear-facing serrations. Safety features include an integrated trigger safety, manual safety, a magazine disconnect, and an inspection port that allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber.
