The PC Charger features a glass-filled polymer chassis system that allows the mounting of standard AR grips. It also includes an integrated rear 7075-T6 aluminum picatinny rail that permits the use of Picatinny-style rail brace mounts. The chassis system comes with a flared magwell that enhances magazine reloading capabilities and rear-mounted QD cups to quickly connect QD cup capable slings.
This pistol has a CNC-milled handguard with Type III hard-coat anodized aluminum that provides maximum durability. It has Magpul M-LOK-compatible slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for easy mounting of M-LOK-compatible rails and accessories. The 6 o'clock position of the handguard has a factory-installed handstop for secure support hand placement. The firearm has interchangeable magazine wells that accept common Ruger and Glock magazines. It comes with an SR-Series/Security-9 pistol magazine well installed and an additional magazine well that accepts Glock magazines.
This model has a dead blow action that includes a custom tungsten dead blow weight. This shortens bolt travel and reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. The bolt is machined from heat-treated, chrome-moly steel to ensure strength, structural integrity, and durability. The firearm has a cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. The heavy-contour barrel offers consistent accuracy. It also has a threaded barrel with an included thread protector that allows for the use of standard muzzle accessories.
This pistol has a light, crisp trigger pull with minimal overtravel and a positive reset that uses proven 10/22 trigger components. The receiver is CNC-machined from an aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet and includes an integrated Picatinny-style† rail. It is Type III hard-coat anodized for maximum durability. The Charger has an ergonomic pistol grip that features an extended trigger reach for more precise trigger control. The magazine release and charging handle are reversible to support left- or right-handed use or one-handed control manipulation while maintaining a proper firing grip*.
