A letter was sent to Ed from Lynette Bullock at Auto Mag Ltd., Co., reading, "I am working on your file and see that you had requested a low serial number. Serial numbers start at 400 and go to 450. I am giving you the first option at 400."
According to the included Certificate of Authenticity, "This Certificate hereby verifies that the Auto Mag .44AMP that you have purchased from Auto Mag Ltd., Co. is Authentic Brand New and holds true to the Original. This item has been carefully crafted in accordance with Industry quality Standards, is guaranteed for workmanship and materials as stated in the Shooter's Manual, and has been approved for sale by our Master Gunsmith.

The Auto Mag 180 .44 AMP Model-D Classic Edition "Raven" comes with a 6.5-inch barrel, black finish, and Hogue checkered wooden grip. This special production run features a 6 ½” barrel with an all-black finish, Hogue wooden grips, and a brushed satin cocking piece to accent the upper and receiver. The front sight is fixed, while the rear sight assembly (Kensight) is fully adjustable. The RAVEN incorporates over 40 improvements from the original production Auto Mag, resulting in a safer, more reliable gun with improved accuracy. It ships in a custom plastic gun case designed to protect your gun from damage, along with two magazines capable of holding 7 rounds each, a Certificate of Authenticity, and a Shooter's Manual.
