The ATN PS28-2 Night Vision Rifle Scope Clip-on Gen 2+ High Resolution represents a significant advancement in night vision technology, offering a seamless transition from daytime to nighttime shooting. Building on the success of its predecessor, the PS22, the PS28-2 allows users to effortlessly add night vision capabilities to an existing daytime scope without the need for re-zeroing or adjustment of eye relief. This clip-on unit mounts directly in front of the daytime scope, preserving the original sighting adjustments and ensuring no shift in impact. The PS28-2 features cutting-edge image intensifier tube technology that delivers superior resolution and performance, making it a valuable tool for enhancing nighttime visibility.
Designed for use with daytime scopes with magnifications ranging from 1X to 12X, the PS28-2 is optimized for scopes with 2.5X to 8X magnification. Its construction includes multi-coated all-glass optics and a fast catadioptric front lens system, which contribute to its excellent image quality. The scope is equipped with a large 40 mm eyepiece/output window, offering a broad field of view. Lightweight and rugged, the PS28-2 comes with a quick-release mount for easy attachment and removal, and it also supports optional 7/8” Weaver mounts and scope mounting systems for various day scope diameters (25-62 mm). The device features automatic brightness control and is designed to withstand severe conditions, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments.
