Every AYA gun embodies the very best knowledge and the skill of generations of leading gunsmiths, and for this reason, it is considered throughout the world to be one of the finest examples of the combination of science and art, of reliability and elegance which only the finest gunmakers can produce.
The Model 107-LI was specifically designed for the European market. It was equipped with demibloc barrels, lateral cocking indicators, free-floating firing pins, side clips, and a high-matted top rib. The 107-LI was available in barrel lengths of 26", 28", and 30" with half and full chokes. The standard feature of the 107-LI was a "white hardened and chrome plated frame," and a color case hardened frame was an optional feature. The gun was included in AyA's catalog throughout the 1980s. However, it was not sold in the United States, as most importers at that time focused on other models. The 107-LI was positioned above the Iberia-II, 106, and 210 models, but below the 4-A, Matador III, XXV/BL, and 4-A Deluxe models.
