Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
Bryco Arms was a firearms manufacturing company that succeeded Jennings Firearms. It was based in Carson City, Nevada, Irvine, California, and Costa Mesa, California. Bruce Jennings, the owner of Jennings Firearms, also owned Bryco Arms. The company was known for producing the Bryco Arms Model 38 semi-automatic pistol which was available in both 32 ACP and 380 ACP calibers. The Jennings J-22 was another popular product of the company.
The Model 38 was Bryco's most famous product, along with the Jennings J-22 which carried over. The weapon was later produced by Jimenez Arms when Bryco went out of business, and is still being made by Jimenez today. The weapon uses simple blowback to cycle its action. The weapon is made of Zamak, a zinc alloy.
