The Canik TP9 SFx is a premium version of the TP Series of pistols. It boasts a 5.2-inch barrel and is designed primarily for target shooting. The SFx offers a range of modular features that allow the shooter to improve their control of the pistol, including front serrations and an extended slide. Additionally, the SFx features a fiber-optic front sight and a blacked-out rear sight, which enhances its sight picture. The trigger has an integrated safety and a shortened pull distance, making it easier to fire at a faster rate. The SFx also features an optic plate mount that allows for the mounting of popular Red-Dot sights, as well as a cocking lever for smooth loading. Despite the weight-reducing cuts on the slide, the SFx's weight is similar to that of the standard-size TP Series Pistol. This allows the shooter to extend their capability and accuracy, making it easier to reach targets further out on the range.
