This Colt (Model #O1911C-SS38-BDM) "Bandera de Mexico" Government 1911 limited edition semi-auto pistol chambered in 38 Super. Features a 5" barrel, polished stainless slide with 24kt gold and copper engraved motif depicting the eagle and snake image of the Mexican flag, stainless polished frame, gold accent controls, and faux Ivory grips with the eagle motif again. This collectible pistol is a Davidson's exclusive series ONE OF ONLY 500 MADE.
In one of the Aztec legends, it was believed that the people built their city where they saw an eagle eating a snake.
