The Competition Pistol was manufactured new starting in 2016. It was chambered for 9mm Luger, .38 Super, and .45 ACP. The 9mm Luger was then discontinued after a short 3-year run in 2018. This example is chambered in 9mm Luger, making it a DESIRABLE LIMITED PRODUCTION MODEL!
According to the owner, this firearm remains in New Old Stock condition, and we see no evidence to indicate otherwise!

It features a National Match barrel, Genuine Novak Sights, and a 3-hole aluminum trigger. A dual recoil spring system reduces felt recoil and extends spring life. The extended thumb safety and upswept beaver tail grip safety offer enhanced operation of familiar controls. You will not find a better combat-quality 1911 that's ready to do battle with the timer right out of the box than a Colt Competition!
