Bryant Ridge's Analysis:
The design battle between Colt and S&W has raged since the two companies went head to head over which .45 would be the best. During the 1870's the Colt Peacemaker won out beucase of the cylinder's capability of shooting both the .45 Colt and the S&W .45. Through the early 20th century, the battle continued with the introduction of newer, more advanced revolvers. Eventually, though both the Colt 1911 and the S&W were widely accepted and revered, highly influential men like George Patton leaned toward Colt as the better guns. He, himself, carried two Colt 1873 Single Action Army's into battle during World War 2. Eventually, he gave one to a Hollywood star he admired, and replaced it with a .357 S&W, but maintained that the Colt should be the every day carry.
The Colt King Cobra was the culmination of decades of design and engineering geniuses, putting into practice the lessons learned through the years. There is a reason Colt is known for the adage "God made man, and Samuel Colt made them equal." You will certainly feel "equal" with this beefy revolver. The large frame accomodates the recoil of the .357 very well, and the smooth double action trigger makes it very enjoyable to shoot.
Condition:
The condition is what we believe to be Superb, showing no evidence of regular consumer use or handling that we can see.
Return Policy:
We gladly offer a 3 day unfired inspection policy from the time that the firearm is delivered to your FFL. Refunds are available for all qualifying orders.
